Police say a 22 year old Connecticut man was arrested on DUI charges after officers stopped his car and noticed a strong smell of Lysol inside the vehicle. Police say the driver, who was pulled over in Monroe, showed signs of impairment and later tested at more than twice the legal alcohol limit. He now faces several traffic-related charges and a court appearance later this month.
