Downtown Danbury is seeing new investment, businesses and streetscape improvements. A new Ives Bank headquarters represents an investment of more than 20 million dollars. Upgraded sidewalks also are planned, while a dentist, veterinarian, boutique and café are among the businesses considering downtown locations.
