Two Danbury residents are asking a judge to enter a diversionary program in a fraud case tied to DraftKings. 28 year old Roger Jimenez and 36 year old Elizabeth Rodriguez face larceny and conspiracy charges tied to more than 190 thousand dollars in alleged fraudulent activity. Investigators say the scheme involved stolen credit card information and multiple accounts. Both are due back in court June 15 for hearings on their applications.
