34 year old Kristen Hogan has rejected a plea deal in Danbury Superior Court and opted for a jury trial. She faces attempted murder charges in the alleged poisoning of a Ridgefield man, plus perjury and evidence tampering charges involving disputed paternity tests. The offer would have allowed her to argue for 12 to 15 years behind bars. Her next court appearance is December 14.
