The Trump administration is suing Connecticut over a law giving illegal aliens access to lower in-state college tuition rates. The Justice Department says the policy unfairly gives people in the country illegally a financial advantage that U.S. citizens from other states do not receive. Connecticut has in fact, offered the questionable and controversial lower tuition rate since 2011.
