A long-delayed 21-unit housing development on Prospect Street in Ridgefield is moving closer to construction. Plans call for demolishing a home built in 1920 while preserving another house for three apartments. The project was approved in 2007, but court cases and other delays pushed back construction. A demolition date has not yet been set.
